The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and historic places. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered car pick-up from the train station. Despite the small size, the room was comfortable and the bathroom worked perfectly fine. The hotel had fast and stable internet access, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and we loved the boutique design of the hotel. we had a super satisfying stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location and had an amazing experience. The front desk attendant, Nozim, was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay. He even went above and beyond to assist us with picking up train tickets when the office was closed.

Perfectly located, this hotel is just off the centre of the old city. It is very close to many attractions, and is within walking distance to all the old city sites. Plus, it is right next to the main monument. The rooms are spacious, elegant and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The breakfast is delicious, with a good range of options.

The Wi-Fi signal is not very strong.

The breakfast spread was decent and we had a great time overall. Special mention to Mr. Nozim, the head of reservations, who displayed exceptional honesty and commitment in helping us with our train reservations. His efforts were truly remarkable and he is a valuable asset to the hotel industry. We will definitely return to this hotel.

They even organized transport for me from the airport, which made my arrival so much smoother. Secondly, the rooms were clean and had lovely furnishings, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast provided each morning was of a good quality and had a decent variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed me to easily explore all the nearby attractions on foot.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptional and there is nothing that I believe could be improved upon.
